Really poor support

My son lost his phone in a vehicle. I sent an email to support. It was just after 6 pm and it’s now 1.30 pm the next day and no reply. My son called the local number and was rudely told they never found the phone. The driver offered to charge the phone for him in his vehicle and when he got out the vehicle he forgot it. Now it’s gone ….
