Poor service from inDriver

I requested with inDriver and a driver called Simon accepted my ride, the most rude driver ever, no greeting, upon arrival he decided to give me the middle finger, I reported the matter to inDriver helpline but nothing seems to have been done because the same driver accepted my trip today and upon arrival he realised it was me and he started swearing at me .I did not report the matter to inDriver because clearly they did not about my reporting.. Such poor service from inDriver and the worst customer service from Simon, don't ever accept him as your driver and it's a pity for inDriver as competition is seep.
