Poor Customer Service. ********** Drivers.

Left my phone in one of their driver's cars and the support team/concerns team whatever they're called was less than helpful.

After eventually being connected to the driver my device had been turned off and the driver initially denied having my phone. I was assured that the driver was blocked from the system but, this didn't stop him from registering a different account and still being able to drive for this excuse of a company. More than a week later I retrieved my phone, but it had been formatted and the driver had begun insisting on money for 'having kept it safe'.

I saved a few rands using this service as opposed to Bolt, but never again!
