phone left in indriver

I left my phone in the indriver vehicle with the driver as it was getting charged. I called my phone a few minutes later which was on and charging next to the driver and there was no answer. i was in a dark grey toyota hatchback on a trip from Northriding to Newtown this afternoon. the driver would npt be able to call on the number i requsted on as its the same phone , however he should be able to anwer the phone especially as it was left charging on my cable and i called several times. i needs some assistance from indriver to get my phone as i use it for business.
