Pathetic service

On 15 June 2024 on my trip with Indriver to Pretoria station the driver Goaboane reversed over my left foot with the vehicle causing excessive bruising and pain. He did not even make an effort to help me or see if I was ok. Someone else helped me while he sat in the vehicle. He also did not give my change of R34. I reported the incident to Indriver support with the necessary evidence and they just closed the case and did absolutely nothing about it. Please think before you make use of their services as the same could happen to you. Please be warned!!
