passenger Complaint

Iam Sisonke khedamile in 13 Blackernberg Street, Bellville.I requested an Indrive from Esterivier to Khayelitsha, dropped my friend there, and requested the driver to drive me to Bellville, I left the bag that had a laptop and a charger in the car. The driver did not bring it back, I reported the matter on the app because I had the driver's name, and car registration but did not find the driver's cellphone number on the app so I could be able to contact him. I reported the matter They requested these details including the number I used to request, I gave them but I did not get an answer after that. I have been waiting for a call from the driver because this is what they told me when they requested the number I used for in drive and also gave them an alternative number in case till now.
