This is the worst company ever they do not value feedback from their clients the protect their drivers at all costs On Saturday I has a ride with them where I mistakenly lost my wallet...during the ride the driver said he would not have change sooo we stopped at the garage I then asked to withdraw money since we were at the garage after the ride I left my wallet with a huge amount and my cards and id I immediately called the driver through the app because there is no other way he hung up on me I kept on trying..I reported him and they didn't even send me feedback or anything it's been 3days I can't get the drivers number or complain on their app It's not the first time something like this happens but because the last time the driver made an effort I didn't take into account how hard it was to actually get indrive to take accountability for the people they hire
