Missing grocery

I requested a ride on the 30th of Oct between 14:29 and the driver was packing my grocery so the driver dropped me off at my destination and some of my grocery were in the seat because the boot was small and after few minutes when driver was gonna I realized that those grocery that was in the car it’s not here. I went to their support line and I raised a complaint and no one has got back to me even today. It was White Spark Chevrolet CY 445409 driver was Michael
