Lost weave/rude driver

I am so disappointed with the service I got from the company. I requested from Chopin street to Belhar. The driver was so rude, that I forgot my weave. I have been requesting from the company to get in touch with the driver and get my weave back. That never happened. I am need my weave, as it was my present from overseas.
