Lost phone in an InDrive car

I lost my phone in one of the driver’s car from InDrive. I opened a case and the investigation officer has been wanting details of the trip from InDrive. I have emailed the a thousand time with no help. They once sent the the details after so many follow up but they information they sent was incorrect. I had to go back and request the information but now they are not responding at all. The case is on a stand still the driver sold my phone and he is walking free. Indrive is for ******* to run their business nicely. I have never been so disappointed.
