Lost Item never recovered, Office is slow to respond

Worst service, I left my phone in the car I took. I cannot access my rides, or profile to get the driver's details. Indriver said they informed the driver, but no one contacted me about my phone. It's been 3 days. This is a very unsafe app, if you leave something you can never get it back. You can not track your driver. It is frustrating. The office is so slow to respond.
