Life threatening indriver incident stay away from this company they literally have gangsters driving

This was the absolute worst driver I've been with and I was using them regularly and I got stuck in giba gorge with my personal scooter and couldn't get out so I ordered a ride from this company first off it was around 4 or 5 pm when I called the driver took so long to find me even after sending my location over and over. By the time this driver gets to me my phone's just about dead and it's now dark. Long story short he challenged me to a fair fight him with a knife and me without a weapon,which in itself was ridiculous because there was nothing fair about that. Then he tells me i must give him my phone and eventually I was saved by a security guard who jumped in front of me as he was going to try stab me. This was the most traumatic experience I've ever been in with any other company.
