Kidnapping

Good day On the 23 of May 2025, I will I requested for my daughter from school to my house. I accepted a driver and gave him a call. He got my daughter and he send me an app massage telling me he has to drop another client keys that we're left in his car. In which I called him and refused and he said OK he will bring my daughter first. The driver went with my daughter to town, when he had to go the other direction being my house. He asked if he can drop a clients keys before dropping my daughter and I refused, I against my wishes he never started the trip, but I we could do it for not see his were abouts on the app. When I called him he choose not to pick up from calls. We called the police and he didn't respond to Thier calls as well. My older son, his the father, his wife Rustenburg police, and his Gauteng flying squad, and the father and my sister called him and he didn't pick up none of our calls. At that time he had my 13year daughter with him. I was so traumatized, I was couldn't think that was the worst hour I had spent on this earth.

When he pitches up and tells me it was traffic. My daughter tells me he said to her he asked me and I said he can go with her to drop the keys. She said he was in such a hurry she was so scared as he nearly hit several cars including a track. The profile used is not even his and the car is also different from the profile and he didn't even bother to mention that. He went on to say "you can report me if you want to report me, I will nothing will be done".

Yes I reported him and everything and nothing was done. The lady who to the case said she will come back to after she hears the driver's side till today.

I believe Indrive doesn't verify their drivers accordingly and they do not care about their clients. If you have a problem is either no one comes back to you, profile will and the driver will keep on popping in your app with no issues. Indrive is failing it's clients as this is not the first time seriously. 😢😢
