Items not returned by the driver

Driver left in a hurry while offloading glassware carefully this was the 23.March 2024 I called him went to voicemail,email indrive support they informed the driver about my goods ,he is still giving me the run around that I must wait for him to get a ride to Khayelitsha his from parow and his car broke down. It's been a week already the driver is still hesitating to return my items indrive support instead of following up they closed the incident without a resolution. I am deeply disappointed with how they lack sense of urgency hence the driver is so arrogant. How long does it take for indrive to step in ? There's an item missing already. I am so drained from negotiating with the driver to return my stuff. Babalwa
