Indriver who stole my weeks groceries

I requested a ride with indriver and got accepted by a guy called Kennedy, he took me to the shop where i bought some groceries - +(R500), i hot back to the car as its was a double request he then took me abdvmy 2 dogs to pick up my travel bag from the guesthouse up the road from me then dropped me at home, ehen i got inside my house i realized that my grocery bags were not with me as i had my 2 dogs on the leash with one habd and my travel suitcase (which he left standing in the middle ke if the road in my other habd i tried calling him. I reakised then only he had canceled the trip before we even drove and didnt see the alert on my phone. I also realised that i was unable to contact the driver as it doesnt gice you tbat option when trip gets cancelled. I immediately contacted the support and they till tjis say still hace not resolved my issue. I dpoje to about 5 agents where i had to every time explain the situation over and over again then they completely ignore me until another agent respons, nakes me explain again then do nothing about it. I lost R500 worth of food that was my foid fir the week and i simply had to go without as nrither their support or the driver ever cane back to me to give ne back my food. Ive asked them to please send me his contact number but they refused to. 😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😡
