Indriver stole my phone

A indriver stole my phone. I opened a case at the police but the case was closed 2 days later. No response from indrive and no repercussions for the driver. I just want my phone back even if they have to buy me a new one. Indrive doesn't care about it's customers at all and I'm just being ignored.
