Indriver stole my belongings!

To Indriver who still has not done anything about my belongings that was ****** by one of the drivers. I had requested a ride to go collect my belongings by my gran in Richwood to drop off in summer greens and the driver was on his was to me and when I heard my phone go off again it was a notification from my indriver app so I went Into my app and then it said ride completed and I was confused as it was a cash trip and In order for a ride to be completed the driver has to receive the money for the trip and so I went outside to go see if the driver was perhaps outside and there was no one outside. I was shocked out my mind I then immediately phoned the nr linked to the drivers profile and it went straight to voice mail. I have been in contact with the support team on the Indriver app which is like talking to a robot as they ask the same questions over and over and I have gotten no where with this support team so no one has helped me in anyway and this driver has ****** so much belongings of mine.
