InDriver - Poor and dangerous service

One of the worst and most dangerous. I had a trip recently where I paid more than R150. The driver came to pick me up. Halfway during the trip he told me that I should cancel the trip and he is going to switch off his app. Almost reaching my destination the driver started an argument with me. Only to realise when I got home that I lost a few items including my phone. Its been 2 weeks now and InDriver cant yet give me an answer as to where my things are. The driver they claim drove me said that he was not my driver. They are still busy tracing this driver and I cannot get my things back.
