inDriver is a joke. Drivers are Rude

The new inDriver app is such an inconvenience. Initially I had a relatively okay experience. Now the drivers accept a trip and never pitch. This app is not reliable at all. I am then forcedto cancel a trip, which affects my rating. Not happy at all.
