Indriver Hlulani reg CAA420938 Red Toyota etios stole my money!!!

On the 31st of October I booked a ride with an indriver his name was Hlulani and the registration number of the vehicle is CAA420938 model of car is a Red Toyota etios. I had no cash so I added a stop at the atm, the amount was R300 so I could withdraw the money to pay for the ride and also get some snacks. My trip was R66. My battery of my phone was about to die so I send an e wallet to my own number, when the app said my driver has arrived I then forwarded the ewallet message to the driver. When I got to the gate the driver drove away. I booked another ride and got to the atm in plumstead and the money had already been withdrawn. I called the bank because i thought the money was still in the the ewallet. The consultant then told me that they cannot retrieve the money but they can locate where the money was withdrawn. The driver according to the indriver app goes by the name of Hlulani, had withdrawn the R300 from the atm at the caltex garage in Kenilworth. I tried calling him multiple times on the number which was on the app and he declined my calls and then his phone was going straight to voicemail. I added him on whatsapp and the called with my other number. He then answered and told me that I have the wrong number. I think this is terrible service nobody from the indriver support has been helpful.. I want my money back and I will be taking this further. I have not even gotten any response from the indriver team. Pathetic!
