InDriver driver Francy inflated the price !!!

Helll guys. On the 14 April 2023 I requested a ride from InDriver to collect a parcel from town a bring it to my location the driver name was Francy with car number plate CA619311 black Fiat Palio darkgrey, the agreed price is R95. When he arrived he claims I made him wait in which I don’t believe so because I waited for him at the designated drop off point and his car wasn’t there. My phone battery was low so had to move to charge a get ahold of him. He made me pay R130 if not he would have held my goods to his possessions. InDriver is good app but their driver has tendency to inflate prices because the is no measure of suspending or blocking the driver profile if he inflates price or does something wrong. They just have warning system which is good enough.. I’m not impressed cause the agent Subjarih didn’t give any complaint log number or anything to follow ring up nothing. InDriver should do a better job in ensuring customers are happy and not allowing drivers to inflate the price. The driver are indirectly robbing us when they inflate the price no it’s wrong
