Indriver a whole bunch of *******

I requested a courier with indriver this morning, cost was R250,paid upfront and gave him my parcel worth R1700 and still driver has not delivered. I have contacted support and all they are saying is that they messaged the driver to deliver but are not answering my question about what if he doesn't deliver, what happens to my money and goods. I am disgusted with this service as I entrusted the company and their driver(name Randall, registration number FVZ151EC)to deliver my goods.
