Indrive not refunding me.

I requested a ride on the 7th of August for R200 and 2 drivers accepted but cancelled the rides. I than realized that the money was taken from my account twice. Tried to consult the Indrive team and I was told that I would get my money it’s not the 18th and still haven’t been helped. Instead I speak to 4 consultants a day and they tell me the same thing.
