Indrive driver's are *******!!!

My little sister forgot her belongings and phone whilst it charging in the car, when she reported it they asked her for the driver's details which were left in the car. They said they will investigate and I must wait for their call. The phone kept on ringing for 3 days when we tried calling but obviously nobody would pick up. After a week of waiting I called them, I was told to open a case and by that time I didn't have any proper details of the driver cause they were on the lost phone, they said they will provide the police with all the information. Also they told me that the driver's account work account was suspended which I highly doubt. So I got the impression that indrive is the one that's enabling their drivers to ***** customers left over items!!!
