INDRIVE Driver stole my parcel

At 17:08 24/05/2024 a lady requested a parcel to be sent via InDrive courier. She informed me to expect the parcel the driver is on his way, she’s literally 15 minutes away from my place. 18:45 I call her to ask why haven’t I received my parcel as yet. She checked on the in drive app, according to the app the parcel was dropped off at 17:08.

The time now is 20:55 still no parcel no phone call nothing, we both tried contacting support on the app, support keeps on closing the chats. Basically the driver stole my parcel, tomorrow I will be opening a case for theft.
