The customer service is horrible. I’m trying to get a simple receipt. I swear it is automated but I can’t be sure. First Jane joins the chat then Manish D joins. Says nothing. For a long long time. After a while chat ends. One response I got referred me to something that’s not there and they end the chat before resolving anything. Heh!
