In driver support and the their workers have the most terrible and super awful service

Worst first experience with in driver couriers... I am literally drained x frustrated and angry cause what is this. The driver admitted that he has problems with GPS however he did not deliver and returned with the parcel although I have been informing that he is at the wrong address. I even went as far as sharing my location with him and sending him my physical address still he was getting lost. Now the issue is that he did not return the parcel where he took it from initially and he doesn't want to return it there and demands a payment fdom me before returning it to where he took it. In driver support is not assisting at all in this regard si 12 midday they've been saying they will call me then time is 7pm no call no resolution frkm5in driver nothing nada. I have been patient enough cause I even asked the driver to sort out the GPS then I will pay both trips he now refused cause clearly the problem is with his GPS. And in driver support is not helping out.
