I can't accept rides, there's no one to assist

Bad ever decision to be their driver... Support no available, the sales agent useless after registering me he no longer answers my messages. I did one ride am struggling to pay them their commission of R6 so I can be able to accept requests n there's no one to help me. This is emotional draining.
