Harassment

I am so disappointed, the driver is accusing me on not paying for this ride and he violated my rights as a customer. I request a ride to my interview this afternoon and Lovejoy as my driver, he didn't make my tri pleasant as he was saying things that made me feel uncomfortable. During the ride, he asked me about my payment method and advised that I should transfer the amount of R39.99 to his account to cover my ride fare. I did as advised and he dropped me off to my destination, later on he came back to the place he dropped me off and he demanded to speak to me and he asked my interviewer for my contact details and he embarrassed me in front of everyone and told them I am not reliable and not trustworthy. The interview provided him with my number and he started to threaten me and my sister. I am not sure if this is the customer service inDrive offer and I am not okay with the situation, I was scared that he will attack me or even **** me. I doubt I would recommend this app to anyone because if allow a man like Lovejoy to operate in your business how many more are there. I am going to inform HelloPeter as well as the SAPS.
