Good morning. I have a complaint about Indrive. Yesterday round about 5 in the afternoon I requested a trip from Willowridge High School to Pretoria North A driver called Elias accepted my request for R96 and immediately az the payment was made he cancelled and I was charged for the trip and never picked up. I wasn't refunded. Then I requested again and the same driver accepted my request. Again I was charged and didn't get pick up. The third time I requsted and the driver called Caleb accepted my request and once the payment was made cancelled the trip and I wasnot refunded. Now this morning there was 2 more transactions that went off without me requesting any trips. The 2 amounts this morning was R500 and R100. The trips I mentioned earlier was R96 each. That comes to R288 plus the R600. In total I lost R888.
