Driver Theft of items - failure to contact me nor attempt to return my belongings

On the evening of the 10th of August. I used your service and left my trench coat and scarf in the driver's car. I am so very angry at the pathetic excuse for service I have experienced as there is no human being to speak to and their is an absolute refusal to assist me in getting the driver's contact number so that I can get my items back. I feel you dont give a damn and I have lost something very very sentimental to me. What a load of ******* your service is. Furthermore - the fact that your driver knowing that it was my stuff - has not bothered to get the items back to me which institutes theft!! The driver's name is ~Tebogo - Its a white Nissan Armada and the registration is JM30FPGP - I insist you get me his details because I have sent many requests and have had no joy nor has he bothered to contact me to return my clothing. How revolting that there is no honesty nor open cards nor assistance from your pathetic service!!!
