Driver ran away with my stuff

I used this app to request two times and my second time using it was on the 15th of March and it was my worst nightmare. I was picked up by a driver who was using their friend's identity on the app so when I entered the car which had the same registration number as the one I saw on the app, KP 11 HW GP" I greeted him with the name he wrote on the app and realized that, that was not him on the picture he then told me that, that was not even his real name and his real name was Sizwe. When he dropped me off I forgot my A38 Oppo, my house keys and my debit card in his car. As soon as I realized that I was missing my stuff I tried calling my phone it was just two minutes after he left but he never picked it up😭, worst part I was using cash he asked me for the cash before we arrived to the destination because he did not had enough gas in his car so I gave him the amount I owed him n topped him up so that he can atleast get where he was going after dropping me off & he gave me an exact reason why I shouldn't be nice to people. As I type I'm about to use my safest ride ",uber" because whenever you arrive at your destination they remind you to take your stuff with u.
