DRIVER CANCELLED AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR.MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED

I ordered a ride with indriver where payment was made with my bank card. The driver accepted the trip and the called me.to say he.couldnt do.the trip.unless paid him more that what I was charged on the app.

I said I was not prepared to and that he should cancel the trip if he was not prepared to take me.for the price I was given on the app. In Drive had already charged me.foe the trip without the driver picking me up.

When I contacted indriver I was told.i would have to wait for 7 to 14 days for my money to be refunded. Today is the 9th working day since I booked the trip and I still have not received my refund.
