Dishonest driver

I would like to report an incident I experienced with an inDrive driver two weeks ago.

The driver accepted my trip, but upon arrival said he had no petrol. An extra R100 was sent to him after he promised to refund it once the money reflected in his account. Unfortunately, the money was never returned, and he has since blocked me on WhatsApp.

I reported the matter to inDrive support but have still not received proper feedback.

This is not about the money, but about honesty and professionalism. Please be careful who you trust and avoid sending money directly to drivers.
