Dishonest Driver

I urgently need an assistance regarding an issue that I am having with one of your drivers I have incorrectly sent him R2410 on the 24/09/2022 and when i saw that i sent it incorrectly i immediately contacted him then he refused to pay it back, we spoke again with another number since he blocked my number and he promised to send it back however when i tried following up he changed his mind and started swearing me and saying that he will not give me my money back. I really need huge amount of help please!!

I had previously taken a ride with him and paid him using my banking app, the mistake I did was to send money to him incorrectly due to him having the same name as the person i had to send money too, I didn't check the account number and never deleted it from my banking app. I have conversations with him trying to discuss this matter such as screenshots and his picture as proof and the number plate of his car.

Not sure what has happened to humanity when it comes to this driver, this is my hard earned money for my family Could his access be blocked till you investigate this matter with him as I urgently need my money back
