Card Payment ****!!!!

Since the 17th August I still do not have my refund, Please let me know if you intend on giving me my money back or not. Drivers accept card payments and never even pitch for pick up. Users Card info is not safe your app has many anomalies. Go back to development before you bring products to market!!!!!
