****** by indrive

I used indrive for a trip and the driver drove away with my valubles in his car, including my work laptop, etc. he locked his car doors and when I stood behind his car to try stop him from driving away, he knocked me over, and also left myself and a friend of mine, 2 females, stranded with no way of getting home. When I tried to go onto the indrive app to get his details, I wasn't able to even open the app as it just said that my account is blocked. I have left numerous messages on the indrive support contact form as that is the only way that there is to contact them to try get my stuff back and report this incident, yet I have had no response at all. I am not able to work at the moment and am facing huge consequences at work as this is my works property and could even face losing my job now.
