Bad service received

I left my parcel on the inDrive car when I realised that after 30mins I contacted the driver we arrange for my parcel (meat) to be returned back. However the driver was always busy, I even ask him how far does he live from my house he said he's 15mins away.

When I called him again to check him and go and collect my parcel as he's forever busy and can't come to deliver my parcel but he's 15mins from me.

I called him again the next day he then tells me that my meat has rotten from his boot he forgot about it.

I am so disappointed and very angry by this driver. I called him several times trying to meet him half way but he had excuses.

My meat might have been rotten from his car boot but I want my meat that meat was bought with my hard earned cash and somebody just took it like that.

I have tried to contact Indrive on their app and on email to no avail.

If they see this pls can this master be taken serious pls.
