ACCOUNT HACKED

I had an Indriver account as a passenger, but someone hacked my account and is using my account as driver. I was aware of this when I requested a ride and the driver who picked me up refered to me as Amila, so I said I am not Amila. He then showed me my profile and it was not me, it was a male picture and his name is Amila Rungqu, his cell number is ***. I have tried contacting Indriver support with no assistance. My account now is blocked and this person is even using my home address on his profile. I am really frustrated that Indriver does not even have contact number or offices to formally lodge a complaint.
