Account blocked

Their driver drove off when I was trying to get into the car and now I'm injured "he just said to me hurry up hurry up" I don't know whether he panicked or what but worse part is they block me from using their App I don't know why , their driver got me injured he drove off while I'm trying to get in the car I then fell on the ground he left me lying there ,I don't even see my other phone it's obvious that I left it inside there coz I wa almost inside and all they can do is to block me
