This company is a ****!!!

So here's the story, I noticed an un- usually debit order on my bank statement and every time when I put money on my account they will debit R135. When to the bank this Morning to query about the company and they told me to contact the call center who will be able to provide me with the number, so did I, called them and they gave me the number to call this company. When I called the number they told me that they are Blue Label company and I do not have any cellphone contract with them and when they check on the system the see that I have an Online account with their sister company who is INDREAMREW so they gave me the number to call this company and when I first called I got an INDIAN lady and I told her that I would like to file for a complaints cause I'm not happy at all since this company have been debiting the amount since back in April 2024 and I do not receive any benefits or anything and she told me about subscriptions and I told her that I do not know any subscription's and I do not have any Mobile phone. She explained about some coupons at clocks, checkers etc, yet I haven't received anything but they know when it's time to take my money. My final decision was wanting a full refund and she disconnected the call and I called again and the agent who picked the call she also disconnected my call. I'm not very happy at all cause I never agreed to any of this!!!
