Disgusting service

In-Quest Collections. My account was "handed over" incorrectly. A lady named Jenine Maluleke was handling the account. The lady is so rude, unprofessional. She kept on hanging up the phone and claiming it was network. When I made her aware that I was recording the conversation she then started listening to me. I was listed as a bad payer within 48 hours of first call made to me.
