LETTER OF DEMAND FOR OUTSTANDING PAYMENT Date: 14 July 2026 To: The Legal/Repossessions Department Standard Bank of South Africa Limited Subject: Demand for Outstanding Payment for Vehicle Repossession Services Dear Sir/Madam, I write to formally demand payment for services I rendered as an appointed agent in the repossession of a Standard Bank vehicle. I was duly appointed to carry out the repossession assignment, which I successfully completed on 22 May 2026. Despite fulfilling my obligations and the matter having been concluded, I have not received the agreed payment. Numerous attempts to follow up on this matter have not resulted in payment or a satisfactory explanation. The continued delay in settling this outstanding amount is unacceptable and has caused me financial prejudice. I therefore request that the full outstanding payment be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt of this letter. Should payment not be received within this period, I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including referring the matter to the appropriate legal authorities or instituting legal proceedings to recover the debt, together with any costs and interest that may be applicable. I trust this matter will be resolved promptly and amicably. Yours faithfully, Teboho Chaka ***

Quest garage in senekal, the petrol attendant broke my car. He placed a bonnet holding stick on top of a pipe feeding water to the engine as I was driving I noticed my car was overheating and I saw smoke. I parked the car and got out ppl came to assist me. The stick broke the pipe and caused a lot of damage to my engine I then called quest manager he told me he will bring help as I'm a women alone there which he never did. Around 8pm I managed to get a towing truck . When I got to senekal I wet to the garage and the owner told the manager to pay me the amount that is needed to fix my car as the petrol attendant apologized and accepted his ignorance. But t Days passed leading to me going to the police about it and manager said I must bring cotation they'll pay. Which I did. But later he told me I must tell the petrol attendant to resign first if I want my money So it's months now I don't have my car and it cost me a lot of money to servive as I ended having to pay full time tsansport for my kids to get to school also myself to work.. What makes things worse is the same manager pursuit a relationship with me as if like if I want them to pay then I must have *** with him 1st. When I refused his offer he banned me from coming to his petrol station even when I'm using my work s car I can't go to quest to pure petrol. His treating me like I did something wrong yet all I need is for quest to pay me I even have to put my car on the market because I don't have money to get it fixed
