Pathetic

Pathetic service. From the managers to the assistants. They are rude, arrogant people and what's worse is that they're ***********. They have ZERO IDEA as to what they are doing and have absolutely no skill when it comes to service delivery or customer service WHATSOEVER. I, as a resident of a complex, would NOT RECOMMEND THEM AS A MANAGING AGENT AT ALLLLL!
