Refund Payment
I am struggling with IMZ to get a refund from them. I had a property at a complex where they are managing as the body corporate then i sold the property and when the account was being settled an over payment was made and now i have been calling them for a refund but they keep making excuses. They are rude on the phone and act as if they don’t know why I keep calling them.
