IMZ property services- no business ethics
The owner Fasel Hafesji is a disgustingly rude man. He does not follow labour laws. He hires people, exploits them and refuses to pay for days worked. There are much more professional managing agents which and would not suggest you take your business to them. There is no COVID protocols in place in the working space. As for their work ethics, they have no processes in place and blatantly threatens residents to cut off their electricity if they do not pay the rental, not what you could call debt collecting or constitutional.

Kaz in a probation with one weeks notice. She went off sick after working two days. We had advised her of our intentions to cancel her agreement, which she had agreed to, (confirmed via what’s app) she agreed to the cancellation of 8 June by relying
“Morning Fasel, not a problem. My health is more important to sort out. Thank you”
We agreed to pay her for the 3 days once she had returned our office keys and access tag. She had confirmed she would return them and we would not need to pick them. On 10 June she rep****
"That won't be possible, I will drop it as soon as I'm out”
We rep**** to her informing her, her 3 days payment would be made at month end when payroll is run, 10 June
“Month end and once we get the key ajd card back.”
She was then paid for her 3 days and we had asked her to return our keys on 12 June.
15 June she had still not returned our keys and took an additional few messages for her to give back our property.
Our office block does comply to Covid protocols, including temp checks, sanitizing and monthly cleaning by a specialist Covid contractor.
We also have an external HR company who attends to all our company HR policies, which is available on request.
Unfortunately we don’t know why Kaz didn’t return, we gave her an opportunity in good faith and hoped her opportunity would have been fruitful.
