Worst service from Imperial Multifranchise Brackenfell

I bought a 2017 Renault Sandero Stepway from Imperial Brackenfell in July 2018. The salesman was Rasheed Shaik. A week before the purchase, I went to have a look at the car and saw that it had a hole in the paintwork on the bonnet. When I showed it to Rasheed, he said they could fix it for about R1300. I told him that I'd rather wait for another car, as I didn't want to spend money on repairs as well. He spoke to his manager, who agreed to have it done at no extra cost, to which I decided to purchase the car. I returned a week later to sign the documents and the bonnet looked brand new. During the first half of this year, I noticed the paintwork on the bonnet becoming duller and showing sanding marks. I realised that the topcoat of the paint was starting to come off. I contacted Rasheed in August, explaining what has been happening. He then denied that they had the bonnet resprayed and that their system only showed an entry for polishing out scratches at a cost of R500. It doesn't take an expert to know that a hole in the paintwork can't simply be polished out. Needless to say, his manager refused to help me, as I purchased the car 2 years ago. I took the matter to Renault customer services, where I spoke to Mngobese. Upon his request, I emailed him with all the details and photographs. Three phonecalls to the same Mngobese later, I still haven't received as much as an email from Renault SA acknowledging receipt of my complaint. I find this lack of accountability unacceptable.
