Worst Service Ever: Renault Centurion

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Booked my new car in for 1st service and waited almost hour and half to get lift from Renault Centurion just 3km down the road. Absolutely Pathetic. Question i have if you treat customers like that how are you going to treat a car?
