WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

I bought a Kia Picanto from Imperial Zambezi on 23 January 2020, during the process I was informed that my vehicle license and number plates will be ready in a few days, someone from the dealership will come to me to have them fitted on my car. I called Victor, the salesperson who had sold me my car on 30 January 2020 to enquire when my plates and license will be ready, he told me that he will inform me. I was told this same thing until the day before my permit was to expire, then he told me that there was a backlog at the department (which he claims to have known about but never informed me) he promised to get the disc and number plates to me on 12 February 2020 which is the day that the permit expired, he told me to REMIND him in the morning to follow up. I called him on the morning of the 12th and he promised to have the plates and license delivered to me that day but I didnt hear anything from him all day and I when hadn't received the plates, followed up with him, he then told me that he hadn't received the had FORGOTTEN to follow because he was in training but the number plates and license hadn't been issued to him yet, I would get them the following day (13/02/2020), he said he will have a driver deliver send the license plates to me, which I would now have to have installed myself since the car is no longer legal to be on the road. I hadn't heard anything from Victor by 12pm on the 13th so I called him to follow up on the matter, he told me that he had forgotten AGAIN because he was in training AGAIN, the number plates and license will be delivered to him by 4pm so I will get them on 14/02/2020. Frustrated by the terrible service I and the obvious lies, I then called his manager to inform him of what has been going on, I recieved my number plates and licence two hours later only to see on the document that the license was processed and issued on 30 January 2020!!!!!! Why did it take so long for me to get my things? Why was Victor holding on to them for TWO WEEKS while my permit expired and I was not able to drive my car? Victor actually had the nerve to call me and ask him why I had told his manager about what was going on because he is trying to "do something for me". The service I received at the hands of Victor and Imperial Zambezi is disgusting and I will never make use of any Imperial branch again.
