Worst service ever

Imperial Multi franchise Princess Crossing Roodepoort is a no go centre. The worst service ever. My car has been there for the past 7 weeks and still not fixed. Thwy fix the 1 thing and it it does not work and the car does not start they suggest the next thing and remi ds you about the cost that you must carry. You constantly have to follow up as they never do. The service manager is never available. I am now fed up as it has been a struggle without my car for almost 7 weeks.
